  8. “Push” Monthly Statements • Note that this has opened an Excel window within the web browser. • To copy the report to an Excel file: • Right click on the grey box in the upper left-hand corner of the spreadsheet and select “copy” • Open Excel, go to cell A1 of a new spreadsheet, right click and select paste

  9. “Push” Monthly Statements • Note that some codes appear in Row 1 and Column A. Delete Row 1 and Column A. • Your spreadsheet now looks like the next slide, and you can save and use as you like.
