  2. App Funds • $700 app purchase budget • $700 budget recharged each year • When balance drops below $100, minimum deposit of $200 is required

  3. Volume Pricing • App’s discounted at purchase of 20 or more • 20 App purchase minimum

  4. School Purchase Groups • School’s grouped in 4’s by grade for volume pricing • School requesting for app will be charged

  5. App Request Procedure

  6. 1. Teacher finds App iTunes App Store “iTunes App Store”

  7. 2. Teacher submits app request form • Go to http://wsd.net • Select “Departments” • Select “Technical Services” • Select “App Request Form”

  8. 3. Principal Receives Request • App review • Denies or approves app • Forwards approved apps to District App Purchaser (Dawn Paul) • App is purchased

  9. 4. App Installation • 1-2 week turnaround for all free and purchased apps • App’s installed on grade level school groups • iPadwill prompt to download app, always select YES/OK
