It is help in many of aches and pain that plague us. It also benefits in motion and flexibility and help all of us feel relaxed, comfortable in bodies parts.

One of another method is called Feldenkrais. It is named influenced by Moshe Feldenkrais's involvement in the martial arts. It is the educational system that allows the body movement, function in well manner and more effectively ways. Its main aim: to re-educate the nervous system as well as improve body ability. Move slowly and properly your upper body, as look to the right a little bit after that return slowly to the face forward and repeat this movement 6–10 times 2. Focus your eye on object straight head. Whenever your eye continue to look at the object, and then slowly turn your upper body and head little bit to right. Repeat this process 6 to 10 times. . Do each movement in proper and comfort way. . Do each exercises in slowly way. . Make every movement small. . Take relax and exhaust in each movement. . Do not stress or strain your body.
