  5. Last Mile Solutions • Dark fiber to the PoP • Spectrum Network Solutions • Local Area Rings (e.g., CERF) • Leased circuit to PoP • SBC Last Mile Agreement • Time Warner Cable Agreement completed • SOMACS for T1s and DS3s • RFQ for DS3 and above in conjunction with State of Ohio ????

  6. Upgrades • Ring 0 Upgraded • Joint project with eTech and OSC-Springfield • Ring 2 complete • Ring 3-0 carries OSC-Springfield 10 GigE
