Introduction to Research  The neuroscience department at Ochsner has one of the highest flow volumes of research within the hospital system.  Each year we complete and publish dozens of study series, case reports, book chapters, conference abstracts & presentations.  8 fulltime neurosurgeons, 5 vascular neurologists, 6 neuro-ICU attendings, 5 neuro-radiologists, 8 Neurologists & epileptologists on staff.  We are always looking for help on a large variety of projects.  We have something for everyone regardless of: -Prior research history -Time commitment -Interests in medicine/surgery
