  1. Hold and Release Inventory • WcBc is configured for Multiple types of Holding and Releasing of Inventory and here are a few of them. • Hold Item, Lot, and Location • Release Item, Lot, and Location

  2. Hold Item, Lot, and Location 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the Item from the Product. If the Item was Lot Controlled then the next prompt would be the Lot Number. 2) Scan the Location. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 3) The Transaction Accepted with the Item will be displayed for 2 seconds. This transaction will update the Lot Status in the Summary Available and Hold all the Inventory for the Item, Lot, and Location with the same Status. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Item numbers.

  3. Release Item, Lot, and Loc. 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the Item from the Product. If the Item was Lot Controlled then the next prompt would be the Lot Number. 2) Scan the Location. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 3) Enter the Inventory Status. In this case the Inventory Status would be blanks so you can press the Enter key to Release the Inventory. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Item numbers.

  4. Release Item, Lot, and Loc. 4) 4) The Transaction Accepted with the Item will be displayed for 2 seconds. This transaction will update the Lot Status in the Summary Available and Release all the Inventory for the Item, Lot, and Location with the same Status.
