  7. 2. ePortal: eServices • a. eRegistration system is a web application system for various taxpayer registration services including the generation of a Certificate of Registration eTIN is a module of eRegistration, that provides for an online TIN issuance thru internet currently limited to individual taxpayers

  8. 2. ePortal: eServices b. EFPS is an e-service that gives taxpayers a paperless tax filing experience and convenient payment of tax dues utilizing the power of the Internet EFPS is the electronic processing and transmission of Tax Return Information, and payment of taxes due thereof to the government, over the Internet through the BIR website.

  9. 2. ePortal: eServices c.The eSubmission facility allows taxpayers to electronically attach alpha lists (per Revenue Memorandum Circulars/RMCs 12-2002 and 3-2006) and transmit/submit to BIR via email. Said facility is another mode of submission of alpha lists, in addition to the existing eFPS, add attachment functionality. Submission of Alpha lists thru Electronic Mail as made available to the taxpayers at the BIR website http://www.bir.gov.ph via the icon. This directed users to an email window pre-accomplished and set for sending to email account esubmission@bir.gov.ph.

  10. 2. ePortal: eServices c. eSLSP is the electronic submission of quarterly Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) via the EFPS or the eSubmission facility. It supports RELIEF which stands for Reconciliation of Listings for Enforcement, which provides for a cross-referencing of returns with SLSP.

  11. 2. ePortal: eServices d. eAccreg provides for the online/ electronic accreditation or registration of Cash Register Machines (CRM), Point of Sales (POS) and Other Business Machines Generating Sales Receipts/Invoices as prescribed in Revenue Regulations 11-2004

  12. 3. BIR eLounge An electronic public room equipped with internet capability to access BIR’s eServices online similar to the ambiance of an internet café. This will provide taxpayers the convenience of accessing the BIR’s eServices i.e. eFPS, eREG, eTIN, eAccreditation, etc. with assistance provided by able BIR personnel manning the lounge.

Mobile Phone Transactions TYPES OF COMPLAINTS Taxpayer Assistance Service NO O.R. complaints pertain to NON ISSUANCE of Official Receipts (NO OR), and Other Sales Invoices NOT DULY REGISTERED with the BIR, including but not Limited to Fake or Spurious Receipts/Invoices. Enforcement Service RATE complaints pertain to individuals and/or entities engaged in tax evasion and other criminal violations of the Republic Act 8424 or otherwise known as the NIRC of 1997. Inspection Service DISIPLINA complaints pertain to erring BIR revenue officials and employees.)
