  2. Intl. Transfer of CC Mitigation Techs: Example of Wind Power The figure shows extent of transfer from Annex I to non-Annex I countries. Transfer is measured as the relationship between source country of inventions (‘priority’ office) and other countries in which protection of the intellectual property has been sought (‘duplicate’ office).
