When copper started building up in the liver, brain, and other parts of the body then Trientine Hydrochloride medication is used which helps to get rid of the extra copper in the body.<br>This medicine is taken by mouth on empty stomach 1 hour before and 2 hours after the meal usually 2-4 times a day or as prescribed by your doctor.
