  2. Items That Affect Criminal History Information • Required Information on Final Disposition Reports • Modifications to Arrest Information via Add, Change, Delete “ACD” Forms • 5-digit Nevada Offense Code(s) “NOC(s)” for Statewide Use

  3. Final Disposition Report Project Updates • Acceptable Formats with Required Information in 2009 • Standardized Form Available (on our website) • E-Disposition Project in 2012+

  4. Add, Change, Delete “ACD” Form (for Arrest Information only) • Propose New ACD Forms • 6 Pilot Agencies in CY 2010 • Implement statewide by July 1, 2011.

  5. NDPS can only handle a 5-digit NOC field in their USOFT Arrest System NDPS/AOC NOC Working Group has laid foundation to transition to the 11-character Intelligent NOC(s). NDPS is transitioning from the 5-digit Old NOC(s) to the 5-digit Transitional NOC(s). Disseminate information statewide via approved notification. NDPS taking over the New NOC Model developed by an AOC Consultant and maintained by AOC Personnel NDPS/AOC NOC Working Group Daily NOC Requests Deployment Schedule Status of Individual NOC Project Updates (on next slide) NOC(S) Prescribed by NDPS
