  2. Why Have Classes Online? You can’t get a job without a college diploma That means more people are enrolling in colleges and universities Campuses are crowded Administrators see online classes as a “cash cow” Some people can only attend college if they can take online classes

  3. So What’s the Trouble?

  4. Teachers Need New Skills The old strategies don’t work online. Old teachers need to learn new tricks. Teachers must learn to facilitate as well as provide content. Set up wikis for students to collaborate. Throw in some graphics or a video now and then if you just have to inject some humor.
