This study explores the use of pCVD diamond coatings on BN-loaded epoxy joints, optimizing thermal performance in conductive carbon fiber foam assemblies. With a wall thickness of approximately 200 µm, aluminum tubes equipped with CO2 cooling mechanisms utilize a thermal grease coating, enhancing heat transfer. The diamond coating on the undersides does not need to be a full sheet; instead, a strategic cutout design may be implemented to minimize material usage while maintaining efficiency. These advancements aim to improve thermal management in various applications.
