The current manual registration system faces challenges such as room for abuse and corruption, time-consuming processes, and frequent visits to provincial offices. By implementing a mobile registration system and computerized lottery system, the Hajj registration process can be modernized and made more efficient. The project outlines the system workflow, IVR requirements, and sustainability plan through premium charge rates and allocated fees. Partnerships with telecom operators and training sessions for passport payment are crucial for successful implementation.
