Headteachers and governing bodies must ensure that the requirements set out in this publication are understood by their staff and implemented fully in line with the dates identified

How? • Adeiladu capasiti o fewn clystyrau o ysgolion drwy ariannu a hyfforddi ymarferwyr arweiniol i arwain ar y broses o gymedroli a safoni • Cymedroli asesiadau diwedd cyfnod ar lefel ranbarthol • Sicrhau ansawdd prosesau safoni a chymedroli ar lefel ranbarthol • Building capacity within clusters of schools by funding and training lead practitioners to lead the standardisation and moderation processes • Moderating end of phase assessments at a regional level • Quality assuring the standardisation and moderation processes at a regional level

Mis Hydref 2014 • ERW yn gwahodd clystyrau i enwebu tri ymarferydd arweiniol ar gyfer asesu (CS, CA2 a CA3) • Ysgolion i ddatblygu eu hamserlen ar gyfer cymedroli a safoni eu hasesiadau athrawon. Bydd sampl o'r digwyddiadau yma yn cael eu hansawdd wedi'i sicrhau gan ERW • Clystyrau yn cael gwybod pa bwnc y bydd yn ofynnol iddynt ei ddarparu ar gyfer y digwyddiad safoni a sicrhau ansawdd rhanbarthol October 2014 • ERW invite clusters to nominate three lead practitioners for assessment (FP, KS2 & KS3) • Schools to develop their timetable for moderating and standardising their teacher assessments. A sample of these events will be quality assured by ERW • Clusters are informed what subject they will be required to provide to inform the regional moderation and quality assurance event

Tachwedd • Ymarferwyr Arweiniol yn mynychu'r sesiynau hyfforddi a gyflwynir gan ERW • Adnoddau i gefnogi cymedroli a safoni mewnol yn cael eu dosbarthu i bob ysgol • Ymarferwyr Arweiniol i arwain hyfforddiant o fewn y clwstwr November • Lead Practitioners attend the training sessions delivered by ERW • Resources to support internal moderation and standardisation distributed to all schools • Lead Practitioners to lead cluster training

Hydref 2014 – Mawrth 2015 • Ysgolion yn creu proffiliau dysgwr ar gyfer y cymedroli ar lefel clwstwr Mawrth 2015 • Clystyrau yn cymedroli proffiliau dysgwr Ebrill 2014 • Digwyddiadau rhanbarthol i gymedroli a sicrhau ansawdd October 2014 – March 2015 • Schools create learner profiles to take to cluster moderation March 2015 • Cluster moderation of learner profiles April 2015 • Regional moderation and quality assurance events
