  3. 加涅（ Gagne, R. M. ）所著《教学设计原理》 ( PRINCIPLES OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN ) 指出：设计者开始任何教学，设计以前必须能回答的问题是“经过教学之后学习者将能做哪些他们以前不会做的事?”或者“教学之后学习者将会有何变化？”
