  11. On-line business degree • Launch of first fully on-line undergraduate major fall 2012 • Business administration • Flexible: students can choose to do any proportion of courses on-line, from 0-100%

  27. Women’s Leadership Institute • Led by Arlene Peltola • Collaboration with Power of Women • Two initiatives: • Undergraduate leadership certificate • Executive Leadership Academy

  28. Undergraduate Leadership Certificate • Housed in Business Department • 12 credits, including social action project • Freshmen will apply for inclusion this fall

  29. Executive Leadership Academy Inaugural series of seminars for business women in 2013. Topics include: • Effective Leadership • Entrepreneurship • Work for Change • Career Strategy • Communication
