APPLICATION WORKFLOW 1) Application forms (and health declarations) are forwarded to NHC by fax, e-mail or post to a dedicated mailbox or contact person. 2) In case of pre-existing conditions NHC reverts to the broker with the options - or if requested directly to the client within 3 working days. 3) The insurance package (policy, insurance card, TOB, T&C etc.) are forwarded to the broker or directly to the client (with copy of the policy to the broker by e-mail) within 3 working days from receipt of the application documents/confirmation of chosen underwriting option.
