  3. Objetivos específicos • Capacitar las Áreas Rectoras de Salud. 2. Dotarlas de instrumentos técnicos para su labor 3. Establecer una estrategia combate de uso y venta ilegal de explosivos pirotécnicos. 4. Establecer procedimientos de coordinación.
