  3. What do I know about the Great Plague ?

  4. What was the Great Plague ? The plague was a ghastly disease. It began in May 1665, where 45 people died. By 1736, 31159 people had died 15 % of the population was wiped out. It took 4 – 6 days.

  5. Symptoms High temperature Headache Sickness Muscular pain Black lumps appear where the flea bit the lumps The lumps spread to the legs Spots, like bruises, appear all over the body

  6. Draw what you think a person with the plague would look like ?

  7. How ? It was spread by infected fleas on rats.
