  2. Setting up the Terrarium • Follow the directions at your table to complete your terrarium. • Make sure you mark off any areas your need to first as this will be harder once your soil and rocks are in. • Make sure to put your groups names on the bottle where it is visible.

  3. As a Group Decide how many time a week you are going to water the plants You will need to record how many drops it takes until the water drips to the bottom each time you observe your plant.

  4. As a Group DRAW a picture of your terrarium and the different sections you have.

  5. Essential Questions • Which seeds do you think will germinate (sprout) first? • What will the sprouts look like? • Do you think that every seed will germinate? Why? • Do you think that the dead plant material change? Why? • Do you think that the rock will change? Why? • How do you think that these plants may be important in our land model of Riverbank?
