  6. Actual Event • Setup • Display items • Do sales • Close sales at end of day • Move goods to bazaar • Do stock count

  7. Post-event • Stock count • Confirm extension of sales with suppliers • Goods return list • Return goods to MSC outlets • Opening of Bazaar • Extension of Openhouse sales • Re-creation of P.O.P materials • Prepare publicity materials

  9. Strengths & Weaknesses • Strengths (1) Good co-operation among members (2) Hardworking and enthusiastic • Weaknesses (1) New & inexperienced (2) Insufficient training on POS

  10. Recommendations • More computers in Roadshow room • Additional helpers during mega events • Create awareness of events • Lack of printers
