  13. Listen To Your Body! Most individual are emotional eaters! They eat when they are bored, depressed, or tired, not when their hungry. It takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognize how much is in your stomach, so if you slow down it will prevent you from eating more than you need

  14. You Are What You Eat! Avoid eating out, or at fast food places! Stay Away From High Fatty Foods! Stay Away From Greasy , Cheese meals!

  16. Get Active! Many people don’t want to excerice because they feel they are too overweight to do it! All you need to do to improve your health is to move! Even the smallest lifestyle changes like walking to school or jogging up and down the stairs a couple of times can really make a difference. Your goal should be to work up to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least 3 to 5 times a week,
