  3. 解：① 不正确，若一条直线与另一条直线平行，则这条直线可能与经过另一条直线的平面平行，也可能在平面内； ② 不正确，与①相仿，若一条直线垂直于一个平面的一条垂线，则此直线可能平行于这个平面，也可能在平面内；

  4. ③ 不正确，若一条直线和一个平面内的两条直线都垂直，如果在平面内的两条直线平行，则无法判断直线是否垂直于这个平面； ④ 不正确，与①②相仿，该直线仍有可能在平面内。 所以四个命题都是错误的，选A。
