  1. LeeClow Think Different Different Born in 1943 In Los Angeles, CA, Lee Clow is Chairman and Global Director and Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\Worldwide. He earned a two-year degree from Santa Monica City College. After being drafted for the Vietnam War and completing is tour of duty, Clow went back to school, taking design courses at Long Beach State to hone his artistic skills. Best known for co-creating Apple Computer’s “Think Different” campaign in 1984 which launched the Apple Macintosh. It is notable because of its 60-second TV spot with a production budget of $900,000 His work with Apple is thought of as being a masterpiece in the adverting industry. His other notable work includes the energizer bunny, the Taco Bell Chihuahua, the California Cooler Campaigns, various campaigns for Nissan as well as Pedigree Pet foods. “I think if it’s good it will make you feel something. It can make you laugh or cry, it can surprise you or inform you, it can create curiosity or inspire trust. But you will want to watch it.” Beginninghis career at Chiat/ Day in Los Angeles as 1 of 30 employees and 2 account, Clow lived by the company’s creative credo “Let’s do good ads.” The agency was and still is, according to Clow, “a great forum of free association fostering creativity” Creditedfor bringing the advertising scene from Manhattan to the West Coast, Clow remains a prominent figure in the Ad world and is a member of several advertising and creative halls of fame
