This project aims to improve the exchange of metadata for space geodetic products, enhance user access to catalogs, and implement quality control parameters for better product identification. The GSAC-WS platform enables a modernized approach to archive discovery. Beta versions of GSAC Repositories are available for testing, including GSAC Federated Search Architecture. Stay updated with UNAVCO and SOPAC GSAC Repositories. Multiple presentations at the 2010 AGU meeting highlighted project outcomes.

Discovery and Delivery of Space Geodetic Data Products from Distributed Archives PI: Frances Boler, UNAVCO Insert an eye-catching yet meaningful picture here. If possible, show the scale of an instrument. • Modernize mechanisms for exchange of metadata for space geodetic products among established archives • Improve user discovery and access to a comprehensive catalog of available products through implementation of the modernized GSAC-WS (Geodetic Seamless Archive Centers - Web Services) • Incorporate new science-based quality control (QC) parameters to enable users to better identify data products applicable for their domain GSAC Federated Search Architecture • Beta version of the UNAVCO GSAC Repository is available at http://facility.unavco.org/gsacws/gsacapi/site/form • Beta version of the SOPAC GSAC Repository is available at http://geoappdev02.ucsd.edu/gsacws/gsacapi/site/form • Alpha version of the Federated Repository is available at http://facdev.unavco.org/gsacfederated/gsacapi/site/form • Pre-alpha version of the CDDIS GSAC Repository is being installed at NASA • Two posters and one talk related to this project were presented at the 2010 AGU meeting. • The GSAC-WS interface was demonstrated at the UNAVCO booth at AGU.
