  19. Financial Assumptions • Selling price is 599 TL for first year. The price of a unit increases 6.5% per year because of inflation rate. • Cost of one product is about 311 TL for first year and 331 TL for second year, 353 TL for third year, 376 TL for fourth year and 401 TL for fifth year according to inflation rate.

Financial Assumptions • No depreciation cost for the company because of no need to buy machines or equipments except office materials • 4000 TL per month for advertising • Long term loan about 100.000 TL for 60 months option with 0.95% interest rate per month and interest payment about 2194 TL per month
