Growth Factor Effects on Fetal OPC Cells: A Comparative Study

Study on the impact of BDNF, IGF-1, PDGF, bFGF, and their combinations on fetal OPC cells labeled with O4 and GC antibodies over time. Results show changes in cell percentage compared to control conditions.

  1. Effects of BDNF, IGF-1, BDNF/IGF-1(BI), PDGF, bFGF, PDGF/FGF (PF), or combined (M) on fetal OPC. Cells grown under the indicated growth factor supplemented conditions were stained with O4 and GC antibodies at the indicated time point. Top panel represents the percentage of O4+ cells as fold of control condition (DFM); bottom panel represents the percentage of GC+ cells as fold of control condition (DFM).
