  2. Mittelauslastung ERASMUS-Konsortien • Rückflüsse Konsortien 2008/09:124.362,50 EUR Mehrbedarf Konsortien 2008/09: 76.450,-- EUR Rest: 47.912,50 EUR • Zwischenbericht 2009/10 (Stand 18.03.2010):Rückforderungen/Vertragskürzungen von 4 Konsortien 70%-Nachweise von 6 Konsortien

  3. Mittelauslastung ERASMUS-Konsortien 2009/10 • 1. Mittelumverteilung (Stand: 23.04.2010): • 3 Anträge auf Mehrbedarf – insgesamt: 97.125,-- EURspecial needs 3.366,-- EUR • Rückmeldung/nicht genutzte Mittel (SMP + OM): 114.140,-- EUR • Restmittel insgesamt: 13.649,-- EUR • 2. Mittelumverteilung (Stand: 8.06.2010): • ein Antrag auf Mehrbedarf, Anträge auf special needsBedarf insgesamt: 21.708,-- EUR (gerundet) • Mittelrückmeldung von 3 Konsortien Restmittel insgesamt: 71.873,-- EUR 50.165,-- EUR (gerundet)

  4. Abschlussbericht 2009/2010 • Bereitstellung der Excel-Tabellen und der Anleitung Mitte Juli 2010 • Abgabefrist: 15.10.2010 (Poststempel) • Keine Änderungen zum Vorjahr • Neu: in der Excel-Tabelle teilweise Auswahllisten hinterlegt

  5. Fehleranalyse AB 2008/2009 • Änderung von vorgegebenen Formaten, Beispiele: • Angabe Beginn des Praktikums 09-2008 im "Textformat" richtig. Werden die Daten als "benutzerdefiniertes Format" MM-JJJJ eingetragen, wird beim Import aus z.B. 09-2008 -> 01.09.2 • Eingabe von Monaten "als Text gespeicherte Zahl". Auch hier weicht die Eingabe von der Formatvorgabe "Standard" ab und ein Import ist nicht möglich. • Werden Leerzeichen vor den Eingaben eingefügt, sind die Daten ebenfalls nicht importierbar.

  6. Fehleranalyse AB 2008/2009 • Nutzung falscher Codes • Sprachcodes und ISO-Länder Code werden verwechselt (EN = englisch, UK = Großbritannien) • Nutzung der Codes im falschen Format • D AACHEN02 falsch • D AACHEN02 richtig • Monatlicher Zuschuss nicht über 400,- • Sind alle Felder ausgefüllt? • Beginn des Praktikums in 2010? Oder doch vielleicht in2009?

Feedback Konsortien • Bitte um Feedback, Anregungen etc. … • zur Erstellung/ Abwicklung der Abschlussberichte 2008/09 • zur Durchführung von ERASMUS im letzten Jahr(Vertragsmanagement, Zwischen-/ Abschlussberichte etc.) • besondere Fragen zum Vertragszeitraum 2010/2011 • Wie gestaltet sich die Zusammenarbeitung mit Ihrer Haushalts- und Personalabteilung?
