Community Revitalization Project for a Sustainable Future in Budapest XXI. District, Csepel

The local government of Budapest XXI. District, Csepel, has undertaken a project focusing on enhancing community spaces through various initiatives. These include the installation of security cameras, modernization of street lighting, revitalization of green spaces between panel houses, rehabilitation of facades, establishment of a BKK customer service point with a pavilion solution, workforce training programs, outdoor community events, creation of a rubberized running track along the Little Danube, and refurbishment of the BKK bus terminal. The project aims to make developments accessible to all, uplift disadvantaged social groups through community actions, training, and mentoring, contribute to preserving landscape/natural/cultural/architectural values, enhance green areas, improve energy efficiency of buildings, provide additional services to the local population, boost employment in the region, and engage civil organizations. Felújított közösségi téren, kamerarendszer kialakítása • Közvilágítás korszerűsítése • Panelházak közötti zöldfelület megújítása • Közterülethez kapcsolódó homlokzatok rehabilitációja • BKK ügyfélpont kialakítása (pavilonos megoldással) • Munkaerő piaci képzés • Szabadtéri közösségi akciók • Kis-Duna parton rekortán futópálya kialakítása • BKK buszpályaudvar és kiszolgáló épület megújítása

Fenntarthatóság • A projektben érintett fejlesztések minden réteg számára elérhetőek • Cél a hátrányos helyzetű társadalmi csoportok felemelése közösségi akciókkal, képzésekkel, mentorállással • A fejlesztés hozzájárul a tájképi/természeti/kulturális/építészeti érték vagy értékek megőrzéséhez • A projekt során többlet zöldfelület fejlesztés valósul meg • Jobb összesített energetikai jellemzőkkel rendelkező épületek • Többletszolgáltatások nyújtása a helyi lakosságnak • A térségben élők foglalkoztatottságának növelése • Civil szervezetek bevonása
