PRR Draft - 12 Month Window for Scaling NIDR to IDR ESIIDs ERCOT Staff needs to proceed with the system changes for 3 other approved PRRs concerning default profiles and the ‘6 month’ language is inconsistent with prior approved Protocol changes.
PRR Draft - 12 Month Window for Scaling NIDR to IDR ESIIDs VOTING ITEM Motion to approve the PRR Draft made by the PWG as submitted to the RMS exploder on 8/25/04 in file named, “PRR_12 Month NIDR to IDR Scaling_PWG.doc”.
Annual Load Profile Assignment and Validation Process 2004: Final lists of profile id changes are available from ERCOT staff for requesting CRs. PRS on 8/26 approved urgent status for PRR534 - Temporary Modifications to the Annual Load Profile ID Assignment and Validation Process. PRR534 and an RMS resolution to suspend the 2004 Annual Validation shall be on the TAC and Board September meeting agenda. 2005: At the 8/24 PWG meeting the group identified 6 items that are possible changes for the 2005 annual validation process. ERCOT staff shall provide additional analysis at the 9/28 PWG meeting. TDSPs are asked to evaluate the items and estimate timelines to be discussed at the 9/28 PWG meeting. Profile Id Assignment Responsibilities: Draft proposal has been written by CNP and ERCOT Staff. Market Participants to review proposal. ERCOT Staff is to build a process flowchart. Ongoing: Decision Tree profile id assignments and Load Profiling Guides shall continue to be reviewed. Some of the additional brainstorming ideas not possible for 2005 shall be further investigated. One interesting proposal is a possible survey of residential premises to identify with certainty which homes have electric heat to assist in calibrating the winter ratio cut point or deadband.
