  2. Organization Model (OM) • วิสัยทัศน์ • โรงเรียนที่เป็นเลิศในทางวิชาการ คุณธรรม และศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย • พันธะกิจ • เพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างนักเรียนให้มีความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาการ และเป็นคนดีของสังคม

  3. Problems • นักเรียนใหม่มีทักษะภาษาที่แตกต่างกัน จึงต้องมีการปรับพื้นฐานด้านภาษาเป็นเวลานาน แต่เวลาเรียนภาษาไทยของนักเรียนที่ต้องปรับพื้นฐานมีจำกัด • ครูใหม่ที่รับหน้าที่สอนภาษาไทยต้องใช้เวลานานในการเรียนรู้และจัดหาสื่อที่สามารถพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านภาษาไทยของนักเรียน เนื่องจากไม่มีประสบการณ์ • นักเรียนไม่ทำแบบฝึกหัดที่ครูมอบหมายให้ไปทำที่บ้าน จะทำเฉพาะที่ทำร่วมกับครูที่โรงเรียน และทำหายบ่อยครั้ง จึงทำให้การพัฒนาเป็นไปได้ช้า
