  3. From Findings To Implementation What will it take to make resident-centered care the norm?

  4. Seven Opportunities We Are Ready To Address • Further defining quality; • Changing the national conversation; • Helping leaders become change agents; • Engaging, and empowering staff early and systematically.

  6. Opportunity #1: Further defining quality • The values and principles underlying culture change: • Know each person; • Each person can and does make a difference; • Relationship is the fundamental building block of a transformed culture; • Respond to spirit, as well as mind and body;
