Company at Glance • Splash Media & Infra Limited (SMIL) was incorporated in 1981, achieved prominent growth in the Media and finance sectors and after 26 years of long successful journey due to changes in its management in 2009, company has decided to diversify its activities by venturing itself into the arena of construction and development of real estate spaces. • Existing Profit making company . • Established dividend paying track record. • Existing Net Worth of around Rs. 109.60 Million and Market Cap of approximate Rs. 6864.05 Million. Recent Developments • Due to change in management and controlling interest in the company there was a dearth of cliental base and company was facing a intricacy in expansion of the media business. The same has resulted the need of overhaul of its business operations and accordingly the company has considered the diversification of its activities by venturing itself into the arena of construction and development of real estate spaces and altered its main objects. • The company is looking forward for massive expansion in its new arena of business through entering into development agreements with their strategic business partners for developing the Residential & Commercial projects. He is also one of the director Malad Sahakari Co-operative Bank in Mumbai. His vast experience in the construction line helps company to work in organized and efficient way. • Mr. Nalin Panchal : Executive Director, a qualified Chartered Accountant with more then 20 years of rich experience in the field of finance, capital market, project evaluation and real estate business. As an independent director of the company and Chartered Accountant by practise, he bring immense value to the company. • Sunil Jain: Independent Director, a commerce graduate with more then 12 years of experience in the field on marketing & media industry. He also has good knowledge in concrete, earth work, marine & other civil construction works. His practical experiences helps in site quality & schedule management of the works. Our Services Construction and Development Company has achieved the prominent growthin the fiscal 2010 and the company is primarily engaged in development of commercial, residential and retail properties. Our operations span all aspects of real estate development from the planning of land, execution and development of projects, marketing of projects.   16. Our Projects • Golden Enclave Company has entered in to a Development Agreement with M/s. Krishna Sagar Builders Ltd. to develop a property situated at Charkop Village, Kandivali (West) admeasuring total area of 1138.78 Sq. Mtrs. The development plan comprises of development of residential flats cum shops. The project is developed till second slab level and expected to complete by June, 2011.   17. Our Projects Krishna Marvel The company has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with M/s. Krishna Developers through its proprietor Mr. Rajeev Kashyap to develop the property situated at CTS No.484 at Gulmohar Road, Juhu, Mumbai. The project comprises of development of Shopping Complex and Commercial offices. The Project is currently at the implantation stage and expected to commence in the month of September, 2010.
