  2. Bear Creek Bear Creek is a ski resort in Macungie, PA. It is a great place for all ages. If you are not a skier then try snow tubing or wait in the lodge.

  3. Skiing at Bear Creek • Bear Creek has a huge selection of easy hills and challenging slopes. There are 3 quad chairs, 1 triple chair, and 2 carpet lifts.

  4. Day one • Wake up - free • Load the car – free • Stop at Dunkin Dounuts – $10.45, 25 munchkins, 4 hot chocolates, includes tax and tip • Drive to Bear Creek - Trip from home is 40 miles. Our car gets 20 miles per gallon of gas. It will take two gallons of gas to drive to Bear Creek. A gallon of gas costs $3.50. So the cost to drive is $7.00. Time of trip was one hour. • Have lunch at Trail’s End Café – $42.65, Caesar salad, wings, ham sandwich, chicken tenders, 3 fountain sodas( coke ), bottled water, includes tax and tip

Day one continued • Check into room ( 2 queen beds, deck with a view of mountain ) – leave dad’s credit card at front desk • Unpack all 4 bags ( mom, dad, Karlie, and mine ) – free • 2 people take showers – free • Get ready for dinner – free • Eat dinner at The Grill – $93.95, French onion soup, Caesar salad, 2 cheeseburgers, tortellini, N.Y. strip steak, cheesecake, orange creamsicle float, includes tax and tip • Go to bed – free • Total cost of day one - $154.05 • Balance - $1,545.95

Day two • Wake up – free • Get dressed – free • Go to breakfast at Trail’s End Café – $35.75, 2 omelets, pancakes, French toast, hot chocolate, juice ( orange ), 2 waters, includes tax and tip • Go back to room – free • Put on warmer clothes – free • Go to the ski rentals shack – free • Rent the ski stuff – $70.00, 2 pairs of skis, 2 pairs of ski boots, helmet, 2 pairs of poles, includes tax

Day two continued • Buy dad’s lift ticket - $47.00 ( my lift ticket is free ) • Buy 2 tubing passes - $48.00 • Start on Kodiak- free • Brown Bear - free • Cub Run – free • Broadway – free • Timberlane – free • Lunch at Trail’s End Café - $24.75, 16” pepperoni pizza, bottled water, and 3 fountain drinks ( coke ), includes tax and tip • Head back to the mountain – free

Day two continued • Kodiak- free • Homerun – free • Brown Bear – free • Back to the lodge – free • Take showers – free • Get dressed for dinner – free • Go to dinner at Trail’s end Café – $40.95, BBQ chicken wrap, wings, chicken fingers, medium turkey wrap, 4 fountain drinks ( coke ), includes tax and tip • Go back to room – free • Go to bed – free • Day two total – $266.45 • Balance - $1,279.50

Day three • Wake up – free • Get dressed – free • Go to breakfast at Trail’s End Café - $38.00, 2 omelets, pancakes, French toast, 2 hot chocolates, juice (orange), 2 waters, includes tax and tip • Go to gift shop – $298.00, 4 sweatshirts, 4 t-shirts, 2 teddy bears, Bear Creek logo key chain ( Mr. H ), deck of cards, golf balls, 2 coffee mugs, includes tax • Go to room – free • Get changed into ski clothes – free • Rent ski stuff – $70.00, 2 pairs of skis, 2 pairs of ski boots, helmet, 2 pairs of poles, includes tax

Day three continued • Buy lift ticket – $47.00 • Buy 2 snow tubing passes – $48.00 • Mom and Karlie go snow tubing • Dad and I ski • Kodiak – free • Brown Bear – free • Timberlane – free • Go to lunch at Trail’s End Café - $54.65, Caesar salad, wings, ham sandwich, chicken tenders, 3 fountain sodas( coke ), bottled water, 2 cheesecakes, includes tax and tip • Kodiak – free
