  2. 1Q Program Objectives The 1Q contest will support the Medium Business strategy for revenue growth in two ways: • Fast start in January • Increase sales performance for the month of January, which equates to added revenue for the full year • Drives sales in earlier in the month • Less fall out at the end of month with implementation • Earlier install, added revenue • Added kicker for Strategic Products and hitting fast start goal • Product focus in February and March

SE Channel Peak Performers SE/AC/SS/SEMs can be nominated to earn 100 Ovation Dollars when the sales people they support meet or exceed attainments in January. • Directors and VP of SMB Sales will approve all nominations and determine the allocation of winner slots among job titles. • Medium Business sales people are defined as Sr. AE, AE, TAM I, TAM II, AAE, ISR. • VISP sales people are defined as CM.

  4. Additional Information • No flipping (taking VzT product and converting to VzB or vice versa). No Disconnect and New Connect sales. • Sales must include a term agreement (month to month does not qualify). • Orders issued will qualify for payout for the month the order was issued and must be posted in SPA accurately on the day results are pulled from SPA. • All discrepancies must be addressed prior to the month-specific pull dates. • Sales Validation is based on Order Issue Date. Order Issue Date in SPA must be within the incentive period. • The Incentive Stack Ranking is used to obtain percent attainment. The Incentive Stack Ranking report includes no adjustments. • The quota and results in the Incentive Stack Ranking file will be the final determination of Incentive discrete percent attainment. Any adjustments not reflected in this file will not be considered in results processing. No exceptions. • Any challenge to the accuracy of point deposits must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the said deposit. Challenges that occur more than 30 days after the deposit will not be considered. No exceptions. • Participants on a written Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) on the last day of the month during the program period will not be eligible to receive awards for that month. • Employees will be taxed at the time of redemption of awards earned. No gross up will occur. See the Tax Guidelines on the Ovation site for the complete taxation policy.

  5. Integrity Statement Any Verizon employee who engages in dishonest, unethical, and/or other inappropriate conduct that would violate the Business Code of Conduct in connection with this incentive program and/or any other Company sponsored incentive, recognition, and promotional program will be excluded from further participation in such program(s) and will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. In addition, program earnings, rewards, incentives and/or recognition will be reviewed to determine whether such earnings, rewards, incentives and/or recognition should be returned or forfeited. Verizon will continue to periodically audit and check results to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the various programs and to verify the ranking of participants and their awards.
