Area known as Suwannee Valley is inundated and secondary roads are closed. Flooding begins at Stephen F. Foster State Park. Human Services • Current Operations – • Shelters - 44 open with 2,420 evacuees, down from 63 open with 3963 evacuees yesterday • Feeding - USDA food for 991,000 and commercial food for an additional 22,500 meals, 3M+ MREs • Ice/water - in reasonable supply • Cases of Baby food - 57,576 • Cases of baby supplies - 3,950 • Salvation Army: 12 canteens in Ivan impact area, 44 in the Jeanne area • American Red Cross: 115 ERVs in the state • 35, 8 head shower units in the field • 9 Southern Baptist kitchens • ESF 15 is working as liaison between The Salvation Army and Front Porch Communities to establish an additional distribution site in the Panhandle.
