Pahal(Improving Governance in Rural Areas) TII started the programme for improving governance and awareness in rural areas, Pahal : ShaasanSudhaarKi Ore in 2007 Currently working in 4 states, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Jharkhand & Bihar More than 2000 rural families directly benefited from the initiative, while hundreds of common causes were taken up using good governance tools TII plans to take Pahal to new states of MP, Rajasthan, UP & Uttaranchal as well in future

  6. Pahal: Chhattisgarh Volunteers trained on RTI RTI applications filed Village Information Centre established Social audit held in Bilaspur Citizens Charters prepared & displayed Development Pact signed between PRI reps & villagers in Bilaspur
