  6. 儀器設備中心的成果 1.全國貴重儀器中心服務計畫核定經費減少，但是成大貴儀核定經費沒有減少(總經費增666萬)。 2.國科會繳交10%現金方案導致全國儀器使用率減(~10%)，但是成大貴儀使用率沒有減少(>0.5%)。 19部儀器中有7部儀器使用費增加。

  7. 儀器設備中心遇到的問題 1.中心19部儀器中有9部儀器齡超過10年，但是每年國科會 最多提供900萬汰購1部。每年維修費需求500萬國科會僅 提供133萬。 2.國科會繳交10%現金方案導致全國貴重儀器中心服務計畫 核定經費減少。 3.國科會繳交10%現金方案導致承辦業務增加，但是人員沒 有增加。

  8. 儀器設備中心的展望 1.配合執行5年500億汰購超齡儀器，新購附加設備增強 儀器效能。 95年資助: 超導量子干涉磁化儀(18年) 化學分析電子光譜儀(16年) 2.利用儀器設備大樓，集中相似的儀器和技術員增加中 心效能，但是需要搬遷費3500萬(-HMII需要2300萬)。 3.增加機電維修技術員，提供儀器分析及分析技術之相關 維修服務，支援設備製作與儀器維修及校正。
