  2. Tapovan are the luxury villas in Chennai by MARG ProperTies which is located at Panvanjur, off the scenic ECR. Tapovan are the ultra luxury homes which consist of 120 exquisitely carved villas sprawling over 77 acres of lush greenery.

  3. Tapovan comes in 2 types. Option 1 is of ¼ acre with a built up area of 2553 sq ft & option 2 if of ½ acre with a built up area of 3558 sq ft. Out of 120 villas 17 are G - model and remaining are G+1 model

After you pay the booking amount the villas will be acknowledged as booked for the particular customer. You can register the villa in your name after you pay the 100% of the total amount. And in any case if you wish to cancel the cancellation charges will be 25% on booking amount & upon registration it is 25% on the total cost.
