Description of the Interventions Three interventions were proposed and implemented to aid in start-up problem solving. • Craft a functional business plan/mission statement that will serve as a roadmap to guide all future business relationships. • Create effective branding that will increase presence and outreach in the legal community and build relationships. • Construct a clear marketing strategy and begin a vigorous marketing campaign that will provide desired exposure.

Thesis Objectives Objective One: Within eight months of the creation of the business plan, the understanding of the goals and mission of Novia Investigations will improve significantly for employees and management. Objective Two: Within six months of implementation, presence and outreach in the legal community will increase significantly through the creation and use of branding and other marketing tools utilized by Novia Investigations. Objective 3: Achieved through various identified marketing methods, the management of Novia Investigations will receive initial contact communications from three potential clients within six months of implementation.
