AREA DE ENTRADAS FUNCIONES • Descargar la mercancía • Apartar, a la descarga de bultos, todas aquellas partidas que presenten alguna anomalía (cajas mojadas, precintos o flejes rotos, falta de bultos, etc.) para informar al seguro. • Contar las cajas • Separación/paletización de la mercancía por modelos y tallas. • Lectura de la mercancía recibida mediante láser.

  5. AREA DE PALETIZACION FUNCIONES • Subida de material de recepción a paletización. • Picking de cajas para reposición. • Controlar el stock. • Reponer cajas en stock picking.

  6. AREA DE PICKING FUNCIONES • Preparación del pedido, picking. • Embalaje. • Control de stock. • Manipulaciones. • Control de calidad. • Paletizado de las expediciones directas. • Limpieza y Orden del Picking.

  7. AREA EXPEDICIONES/TRANSPORTES FUNCIONES • Paletizar la mercancía según • código de transporte. • Cargar los palets en el camión. • Control de las expediciones. • Control calidad de las cargas.

  8. AREA DE DEVOLUCIONES FUNCIONES • Recepcionar la mercancía devuelta • Verificar el producto • Documentar la devolución e incorporarla • al stock si procede • Distribuir muestrarios de nueva colección • Tratar las muestras una vez devueltas

  9. Nuestra experiencia • Al inicio, 1 Discapacitado Físico. • Posteriormente 1 persona en exclusión social y 1 Discapacitado psíquico. Incorporaciones con ÉXITO • Realizamos la incorporación de una persona más. FRACASO

  10. TRABAJANDO CON INCORPORA - Un grupo de profesionales. - Para la Selección de Candidatos. - Para el Seguimiento de los trabajadores incorporados. - Incorporamos 3 personas, no a todos los candidatos. - Casi un 100% de éxito.
