(continued) • Addendum/addenda will be issued with clarifications/changes • Proposals will be evaluated per the Submittal Requirements as stated in the RFP • All proposals are due PRIOR TO AND NO LATER THAN : • 3:00 PM, December 8, 2014 • Contract Term – July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016 with four (4) one-year renewal options and an optional 1-6 months if needed at the end of the option year.
