  1. Task List a standardised Task List represents the different tasks involved in the proposal writing procedure, and allows a clear designation of responsibilities and deadlines. This way all applicants know what to submit and when. Proposal Writer 7 – main features

  2. Task List – who must do what by when? • Writing an application involves many different steps, that often must be carried out within a tight schedule by different persons who are often geographically separated from one another. The Task List • shows the work involved in putting together a proposal, • breaks it down into individual tasks, • makes it easier for the coordinator to manage the application process, • provides a clear designation of responsibilities and deadlines, • makes the process more transparent to the participants.

  3. Task List – who must do what by when? Proposal Writer gives you a standardised Task List The Task List is organised according to the various sections of the proposal parts A and B. The status of each task is clearly marked and colour coded. Responsibilities can be assigned to each task. Deadlines can be defined for the completion of each task. Each step involved in the application process is shown in the Task List. Task instructions are based in part on the EC’s ‘Guide for Applicants’, that is based on the instructions from the EC’s 'Guide for Applicants'. and are described in further detail in a separate browser window. > finalised > in progress > not finalised > overdue

  4. Task instructions are based in part on the EC’s ‘Guide for Applicants’, . and are described in further detail in a separate browser window. Task List – who must do what by when? The Task List is generated automatically, and presented first to the coordinator. Before the partners can see the Task List, the coordinator can check and modify it according to the proposal’s specific requirements. This is done by editing the task in question… … or adding a new task.

  5. Task List – who must do what by when? … or adding a new task. Once the task has been modified or created, it can be moved to a new position in the Task List. Just click on the task in the list and drag-n-drop it to the new position.

  6. Task List – who must do what by when? Just click on the task in the list and drag-n-drop it to the new position. After the coordinator has reorganised and adjusted the Task List to meet his specific proposal writing requirements… … he can launch it and make it visible to the other participants.
