  2. Potential Energy Potential energy is energy stored within a physical system as a result of the position or configuration of the different parts in that system.

  3. Kinetic Energy The Kinetic energy of an object is the extra energy which it possesses due to its motion.

  4. Joule Joule is the derived unit of energy in the international system of units.

  5. Wattage Is defined as the rate at which electrical energy is transferred by an electric circuit

  6. Renewable Energy Renewable energy is a natural resource such as sunlight, wind, tides, rain, and geothermal heat.

  7. Nonrenewable Energy Nonrenewable is a natural resource that cannot be produced

  8. Weather Striping A narrow strip of material to cover the joint of a door or window to exclude the cold

  9. Insulation The use of material to resist the flow of electric current and magnetism.

  10. Refractor Is a type of optical telescope that use a lens as its objective to form a image.

  11. Greenhouse Emissions A gas that is in the atmosphere that absorb and emit radiation within the thermal inferred range.

  12. Ambient temperature Is a common term to denote a certain temperature within enclosed space to which humans are accustomed

  13. Efficiency Useful work per quantity of energy

  14. Carbon Footprint The total set of greenhouses gases.

  15. Audit Is a evaluation of a person, organization, system, process, enterprise, project or product

  16. Thermostat A device for regulating the temperature of heat.
