  10. My Work • I am the Chairperson for the South Glos Links • Trained as a teacher at UWE. • I have helped people think about moving to a new home • I have worked as an advocate • I worked in an advocacy group for people with challenging behaviour • I work on the Community Champions course

  11. How you could help me • I can find things stressful but listening to music and playing on my DS keeps me calm • Going out for walks keeps me calm

  12. Most important thing for you to remember Listen to the individual Even if it is hard
