As a knee and spine Sport Specialist, I give functional and strength training at the “Lemon Fit” Health Club, located in the north part of Parque das Nações, Lisbon, Portugal. • I can help you with any of the following goals and symptoms: • Weight loss or muscle toning, • Fascitis, • Chondromalacia, • Kneecap deviation, • Herniated discs, • Scoliosis, • Hyperkyphosis, • Hyperlordosis, • Low back pain, • pochondylitis

The correct combination of exercises, within a goal-oriented training structure can help prevent injuries. Maintaining muscle work on only certain muscles, practicing the same exercises over time and strengthening certain muscles more than others can cause poor posture, osteo-articular, knee or spinal injuries.
