  1. LoboTime Manager InTouchJob Aid The purpose of this job aid is to provide managers an overview of the In Touch terminal for the LoboTime system.

  2. Manager Mode • There are many Manager Mode functions you can perform at the LoboTime InTouch Terminal. In Manager Mode you can: • Add and delete punches • Adjust pay code hours • Override restrictions • Override schedules • Display on/off premise employees • View employee information • To enter Manager mode in the terminal, you swipe your employee badge. • Depending on how the terminal is configured, you can either: • Swipe your employee badge and enter the Manager password, or • Press the Manager Login soft key, swipe your badge and enter the Manager password • Schedule Override • Use the Schedule Override transaction to add, edit or delete employee shifts at the terminal instead of accessing LoboTime at a PC • If you make changes to a schedule, and the terminal accepts the changes, the updated schedule is saved to the LoboTime database • The updated schedule is also saved at the terminal so that the terminal can accept or reject punches that the employee enters, based on the schedule • After selecting the Override Schedules soft key, you must enter the ID for the employee whose schedule you want to edit. • In the Schedule Override screen, you can: • Add a shift • Select and then edit a shift • Select and then delete a shift

  3. Manager Mode Adding a Shift Press Schedule Override. Swipe employee badge or enter PIN. Press Add Shift. Use the calendar to select the Start Date and End Dates. Use the numeric pad to enter the Start time and End Time of the shift. Select a Type and Comments, if applicable. When finished click Review. After reviewing the shift details you added, click Submit. You will receive a confirmation message. Note: The Edit function is very similar to the Add function. Deleting a Shift Press Schedule Override. Swipe employee badge or enter PIN. Select the shift to delete and press Delete. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
