  1. Amazonite Gemstone – Why You should own one Amazonite is a beautiful stone found in Russia and the Colorado region of the US. Beautiful small translucent specimens with Aquamarine colour is also found in Peru. It gets its name from the Amazon River; it does not occur in those regions though. Colorado Jade and Pikes Peak Jade are the other names of the Jade-resembling gemstone. Looks This gemstone is predominantly green in color but is sometimes bluish or yellowish green.
