Otot / tumor (progestasi) • Blastosis dan rahim sinkron  kegagalan (TE)

  3. PROSES IMPLANTASI IndukBlastosol Serum Prot., Glukosa, P & Cl K+ & Bikarbonat mempermudah tropoblas melekat pada SLR karbonik anhidrase as.karb. CO2 & O2 Implantasi

  4. JENIS-JENIS IMPLANTASI • Superficial (sentral) blastosis di lumen rahimkelinci, karnivora, ungulata • Eksentrik blastosis di kripta / lipatan SLR rodensia • Profundal (intertitial) blastosis menembus & berkembang dlm endometrium manusia, kelelawar & marmut

  5. Kegagalan implan  kematianembrio dini (early death emryonic/EDE)  hari 27: masa kritis bagi kehidupan embrio • EDE : domba = 20 – 30 %, babi = 25 – 40 % • FAKTOR-FAKTOR EED 1. Umur Induk - makin dewasa makin baik - dewasa : muda  73 : 33 % meski Conceptio Rate / CR sama

Temperatur • Secara eksperimental  tahap awal paling cepat terpengaruh  hasil variasi • Embrio domba = perub. mekanisme regulasi metabolik & sintesa protein  embrio lemah (mampu tumbuh) tapi / saat implan 3. Nutrisi - ( - ) nutrisi 7 – 21 = 15 % - ( - ) selenium & iodin = meningkatkan kematian • glikogen, lemak, reruntuhan sel & leukosit histotrof terutamaglisin, alanin, taurin & glutamin dibutuhkan embrio

  7. 4. Hormonal • Progesteron  hormon utama thd perub. Preimplantasi – bunting • Progesteron rendah  menurunkan daya hidup embrio dalam rahim • Kadar < 100 g ( dlm Cl ) tak mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup embrio pada sapi • Injeksi 100 mg dapat meningkatkan daya hidup embrio (7 hari fertilisasi) 5. Kontaminasi Kuman • Menggagalkan implantasi a / infeksi o / jasad renik • Kontaminasi = menembus zp bersama spermatozoa embrio melalui media biakan (Ricketsia, protozoa, klamidia & virus (blue tangue / domba), babi = paruovirus, pseudorabies, vesicular stomatitis, african swine fever, food & mouth disease (PMK) & cytomegalo virus

  8. 6. Immunologis • Embrio alograf dg induk (antigen)  susunan genetika khas yang berbeda • Embrio memproteksi diri ( zigotin ) menekan sistem kekebalan induk bersifat lokal dlm rahim 7. Faktor-Faktor Lain : - musim - variasi individual - inbreeding - obesitas
