  2. 磺胺类药物含量测定 1.亚硝酸钠滴定法 反应原理： 几乎所有的结构中含芳香第一胺基或潜在的芳香第一胺基的药物均可用亚硝酸钠滴定法测定含量。利用芳香第一胺基在酸性溶液中与亚硝酸钠定量地完成重氮化反应而生成重氮盐。

  3. 磺胺类药物含量测定 磺胺甲噁唑的含量测定： 取本品约0.5g，精密称定，加盐酸溶液（1→2）25ml，再加水25mll ，振摇使溶解，照永停滴定法，用亚硝酸钠滴定液（0.1mol/L)滴定。每lml亚硝钠滴定液（0.lmol/L)相当于25.33mg的C10H11N3O3S。
